With a European eye for detail and an innately Italian flair for style, Valerio Morabito has established himself as one of the most unique developers of recent years. Possessing a rare passion for design as well as detail, Morabito’s growing portfolio of multi-family developments includes the transformation of grand historic properties as well as some of Miami’s most original beachfront residences. Passionate about design and its potential to transform the way people live, work and play he is committed to the creation of original, functional spaces with a life and character all of their own.
Morabito’s thoughtful and considered approach continually strives to set new standards for contemporary development.
With a passion for architecture and design, Edward is involved in all facets of the development process, including acquisition strategies, selection and management of design consultants and contractors, budget analysis, and coordination of the complete development team. Working closely with Valerio, Edward helps define the ambitious design direction of the office and formulate strategies to achieve the development goals and meet the elevated standards of Morabito Properties.
Prior to joining Morabito Properties, Edward established an international portfolio of professional practice, working in major metropolitan cities in the US and Europe for some of the world’s most respected architectural firms, including Skidmore Owings & Merrill (NYC), Architekten von Gerkan Marg und Partner (Hamburg), and Arquitectonica (Miami). During nearly a decade with Arquitectonica, where he served as Vice President, he was responsible for managing projects totaling over $4 billion in construction costs.
Edward’s international work experience is complemented by an international education. He received bachelor degrees from both the University of Florida and Columbia University, graduating magna cum laude, and earned his master’s degree from the Architectural Association in London, where he graduated with distinction.
